As we end one decade and begin 2020, it’s the perfect time to think about the Law of Attraction. The law of attraction is based on the principle that you attract people, situations and circumstances that are aligned with the energy you give out.
This means that people with positive energy attract more happy experiences into their life. Meanwhile, people who are always sad, depressed or angry attract less favourable experiences.
STAYING POSITIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA
This energy extends to social media. For example, many people post online on Facebook or Twitter about unpleasant memories and experiences. About people who disappointed them or didn’t love them enough. Or about companies or restaurants that didn’t give them the service they deserve. And even about less than ideal random encounters with strangers.
Note to everyone who feels the need to gripe online: you are passing on even in a small way some negative energy. This act of spreading negativity takes you one step further from the continuous luck you desire. It’s karma.
THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
We get what we focus one. So even posting an inspirational quote about finding the strength to say “no more” to someone who didn’t love us enough is a double-edged. A quote like this also gives energy to the experience of not being loved or appreciated enough.
THE EXPERIENCES OF LIFE
Furthermore, every single person has these experiences. This is Life. But if you really wish a more wonderful one of luck and love, you must transcend these and focus only on what you want.
Forgive and let go of disappointments because these are really nothing in the Big Picture of Life. Just ask anyone fighting for their life and last few breaths due to some unfortunate condition. They will tell you how disappointments of any kind don’t matter at all. Save for spending more time with loved ones.
THE GOOD THINGS IN LIFE
Focus on what you have and love. Stop thinking or writing about what you didn’t get or what you don’t have, or what you wish you didn’t get. Or you will get more of these in your life.
And please stop griping online. You should actually ask yourself: why do you feel the need to gripe in public on a regular basis? Choose forgiveness and move on. Don’t make any space in your life or in your head, or on your Facebook wall, for any situation you actually don’t want.
WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD
This world we live in is so wonderful and no one’s life is perfect. Choose to think about your life and world as glasses half full. Always.
