Yesterday, we booked the entire Mattanu Game Reserve in Northern Cape for a private safari experience for our group, and everyone is enjoying experiencing a safari, and South Africa, Travelife-style.
Last night, we had cocktails by a big bonfire, as the game reserve staff barbecued appetizers for us. Then we hired a great African musical group to give everyone a taste of the songs and the beats of Africa.
The music was fantastic, and pretty soon everyone was dancing and jamming with the musicians, turning the bonfire area into one big and fun party.
Then we sat down to a delicious Northern Cape dinner.
Meanwhile, this morning, everyone got a ride on a helicopter for a sunrise view of the Northern Cape from up high.
And as I’m typing this out in the breakfast place, all our Travelife friends and readers are on quad bikes, zipping through the game reserve for a breathtakingly fun experience.
Some of the girls took a breather from the quad bikes earlier, in fact, and they told me they saw giraffe while they were on their quad bikes.
I’m so glad so many of our readers and friends are having a wonderful time, in South Africa with us, also living a never-ending, and never-endingly eventful Travelife.
